Build A M.O.M.
This is our flagship package. It includes: 26 personal training session; 4 nutrition sessions; plus one massage.
With this program you will receive personal training twice per week for 3 months which will have you well on your way to a healthier and more vibrant you. One of our highly qualified trainers will create a plan specifically for you to help you reach your health and fitness goals. In addition you will receive a nutritional assessment plus 3 well spaced follow-ups to have you eating in a way that will speed up your results so you can look and feel your best. And as a special reward for your hard work – a relaxing massage in your home. We recommend you schedule this after one of your training sessions 😉
