…For letting us be part of your self-care journey.
Becoming a mother changes your life forever.
Becoming a mother changes your body forever.
We are here to help you be as strong as you need to be, can be and want to be.
Strong core. Strong body. Strong mind. You will need it all, so let’s get started. Scroll down for your free video series.
But first, read this:
I know you are anxious to get started and “close the gap” and have a strong core, so you might think “I already know what DRA is, so I’ll skip to the exercises”. Please don’t. The first two videos are not long, but the information is important so you can better understand exactly where you are at now and what matters moving forward. Also, having a really good understanding of what to measure & assess and how to do that gives you a great baseline to go from so you know what is working and what is not. Ok, now you can watch the first video which explains what Diastasis Recti Abdominus (DRA) is and how it happens.
video 1: What is diastasis recti?
So many women wonder why this happened to them and how? Was there something you could have done differently to prevent it? Is it genetic, or just bad luck? Why does no one else seem to have this problem? I will answer all these and more in this video.
video 2: do you have DRA?
So, now that you have a better understanding of what Diastasis Recti is, let’s learn how to self-assess correctly. I have had my fingers in hundreds of tummys – literally! Everyone is a little different. On some it is really easy to measure and others it can take many different tries. The most important thing to remember is to do it exactly the same way every time so you are truly comparing apples to apples. Ok, let’s get started!
video 3: what should I do now?
Whether you have DRA or not, you likely need to strengthen your core – we all do. So, I bet you are asking – how do I fix my diastasis recti? This is the first video of 6 mini exercise videos I am going to take you through. These are the very exercises I use with each and every client I work with when getting them started on their personal journey to heal their DRA and regain core strength. Let’s go!
PS: Watch your inbox for the rest of the exercise videos!
