Build a Baby Nutrition Plan: A nutrient dense plan to ensure a healthy pregnancy. Includes nutritional strategies to help reduce morning sickness, constipation and heart burn. 5 session package - $300.00

Build a Mom Nutrition Plan: A nutrient dense plan designed for the new mom and baby. Includes healthy weight loss and nutrition for nursing mothers. 5 session package - $300.00

Holistic nutritional consulting covering topics such as: the overall holistic health principals and how food affects mind, body and soul. Nutrition for pre conception, fertility, pregnancy and breatsfeeding. The basics of proteins, carbs, fats, and supplementation will also be covered. 3-6 months of phone and on-line support.

5 session package - $450.oo

Hard core nutritional consulting for fat loss and improving your physique. A specific meal plan will be delivered based on your individual metabolic factors. 3 month on-line coaching and support will be provided to ensure optimal results. Not recommended for breastfeeding mothers.
