Fitness Classes

We are so excited to (finally) be running fitness classes to help serve our communities locally.  As with anything we do, the classes will be offered with various modifications to accommodate all fitness levels and to be safe to anyone who might be dealing with pelvic floor issues, back pain, diastasis recti and more.

Fall 2018 Class Schedule

Fitness with Core Expectations – Scarborough

Take some time for yourself and enjoy an awesome workout with a focus on strength training, cardio in a way that is core and pelvic floor friendly.  Leave sweaty, energized and strong.
  • October 2nd – December 4th (10 weeks)
  • 130 Midland Ave (Midland and Kingston Rd.), in retirement home called Midland Gardens.
  • Pre and postnatal friendly but everyone is welcome
  • Focus is on building strength, endurance, energy and feeling great
  • $15/class for the 10 weeks or $20/class for drop-in rate

Claremont Fitness Classes

Grab a neighbour or friend and join us for an awesome, full body workout.  There will be many modifications offered while we focus on strength training, and cardio in a way that is core and pelvic floor friendly.  Leave sweaty, energized and strong.
  • October 2nd – December 11th (9 classes)
  • Claremont Legion
  • All fitness levels welcome
  • $135 (+HST) for 9 classes or $20/class for drop-in rate

Toronto West classes:  Get PHIIT (Pilates/Circuit fusion)

This class which is part Pilates and part HIIT is perfect for you if you want to build a better core and burn some serious calories, with your friends, while baby is taken care of! Feel great, get fit and have fun doing it. And don’t let the “HIIT” part scare you away, Katarina will offer plenty of options and modifications for those of you just getting back into exercise post baby.  So, grab a friend and join Katarina.

  • October 23rd – December 4th, 10 classes

Postponed until spring – Mom & babes nordic walking

Boost your walk by turning it into a workout, without even realizing it! By using the poles you can: Strengthen the back of your arms, shoulders, back and abdominals. Improve posture and balance while burning more calories.  Enjoy a change of scenery and workout outside with your baby and meet other moms in your ‘hood.

As a bonus, we will make mini movement stops along the way to work on your core and flatten that mummy tummy!
