Lisa Mawas, Personal Trainer
Lisa Mawas is the married mother of two young boys. She is a Certified Training Specialist and a Pre and Postnatal Fitness Specialist. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Western Ontario and a Masters in Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business in New York City.
Lisa gained 50 pounds during both pregnancies (a lot for someone who is 5’3”!) but was able to loose all her pregnancy weight by incorporating fitness into her daily life, while also bonding with her babies and other moms.
Lisa has always been a highly motivated team player with experience working collaboratively with a diverse group of clients. She is extremely passionate about health and fitness and thrives in an environment where she can help people with their exercise regime and incorporate enjoyable fitness into their daily lives.
