Angela Paton, Personal Trainer
Angela is a certified CANFIT Pro Personal Trainer who also specializes in pre and postnatal as well as Pfilates; Pelvic Floor Pilates. She focuses on strength training, weight loss, functional training, disordered eating, and body image.
Angela is a mother of one daughter and having gone through the process of having a baby, knows the risks and challenges of being pregnant, which allows her to properly train women who are looking to maintain a healthy lifestyle from pregnancy to birth.
Certified since 2006, Angela took a one-year break to recover from a cycling accident. Although she is still recovering, Angela continues to possess both passion and dedication to fitness and training. The injury has not deterred Angela, rather, it has inspired her to help other people attain their personal fitness goals in any way that she can.
