Core Expectations brings knowledge, expertise, but most of all, empathy to each woman during pregnancy and postpartum. Mothers everywhere focus so much on trying to schedule their days around their little ones that it’s not surprising that they often forget about themselves when it comes to their own health and well being.
This is where we step in. Our team of personal trainers are not only women, but mostly mothers so we can relate like only another mother can. We are qualified and trained to help women with their various fitness needs regardless of their fitness level. Whether you want endurance training, strength, flexibility or abdominal rehabilitation, our trainers not only specialize in a variety of exercise techniques but will keep you motivated, on track and get you where you want to go, both physically and mentally.

Samantha Montpetit-Huynh Samantha Montpetit-Huynh is the owner and founder of Core Expectations. She is a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. During both pregnancies, she experienced first hand, the changes in her body and how it directly affected her physical fitness and overall well being. Through extensive research, education and personal knowledge she came to embrace her new self and appreciate the joys and challenges that came with motherhood. Samantha specializes in pre & postnatal exercise training for busy moms with little time. Over the years she has helped numerous women maintain strength and energy during their pregnancies and supported them through challenging postpartum periods. Her patience, understanding and empathy is an integral part of her client relationships and what makes her stand out above the rest. After receiving her Fitness Leadership Certificate at Seneca College, she received the following certifications:
